Albert P. Ullner, 82, of Lake Ariel, passed away Saturday evening at Julia Ribaudo Extended Care Center following an illness. His wife of 45 years, the former Elaine Dougherty, passed away in 2015.
Born in Queens, NY, he was the son of Albert J. and Dorothea Meuhlbach-Ullner. He was a graduate of Richmond Hills High School. Prior to retirement, he was a Corrections Officer at Farview State Hospital. He was a United States Air Force Veteran.
Albert was an avid woodworker. He enjoyed watching and rooting for the Yankees, Cowboys, and Notre Dame. Most importantly, he loved spending time with family, especially his granddaughter.
Surviving are his daughter Laurie Gregory and husband Russell, son Paul Ullner and wife Johnine, granddaughter Avery Ullner; all of Lake Ariel.
Private cremation took place at Lake Region Crematory, Lake Ariel.
Arrangements have been entrusted to and are under the care of James Wilson Funeral Home, Lake Ariel.
