Alice Marie Messenger Krol

Alice Marie Messenger, 78, of Lakeville died Monday morning December 18th at Julia Ribaudo Extended Care Center following an illness.

She was born in Blakeley, daughter of the late Michael F. and Helene R. Krukowski Krol, she loved her family dearly and was an avid animal lover as well.

She is survived by her husband Ronald J. Messenger; a brother Michael F. Krol; daughters Karen Ophof and her husband Jan of California, Alicia Peechatka of Stroudsburg, and Dianna Mullins of California; sons Jimmy Roegner and his wife Lisa of Sterling and Jerry Roegner of Maryland; thirteen  grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son-in-law Jerry Peechatka; sisters Camille Marie Patchoski and Louise “Cookie” Marie Roegner.

Cremation took place in the Lake Region Crematory, Lake Ariel.
