Angelina P. Matacchiera

Angelina P. Matacchiera, 83 of Lake Ariel, passed away May 14 th at Julia Ribaudo Extended
Care Center following an illness. Her husband, Caesar Matacchiera, Sr. died in 2013.

Born in New York City, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Dorothy Krause – Fazio. She
attended St. Thomas More Church.

Surviving is her daughter Angela Matacchiera of Florida; sons Robert Matacchiera of Florida,
Francis Matacchiera of Lake Ariel, and Caesar Matacchiera, Jr. of Lake Ariel; sisters Ramona
Reynolds of New York, Frances Zaratsian of Pittston, and Marie Pachilakis of New York;
grandchildren Christine O’Brien, Georgia Fountoukis, Zoe Yeates, Anthony Matacchiera, Cory Matacchiera, Robert
Matacchiera, Jr., and Damian Matacchiera; great grandchildren Reagan, Dani Mae, Alexandra,
Sofia, Christos, Emelia, Dafne and Mason; many more nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Maria Fountoukis; sisters Kathy Fazio and Arlene Helnick; brother Frank
Fazio, Jr.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 21 st at 6:00PM in the James Wilson Funeral
Home, 143 Gravity Rd. Lake Ariel.

Friends may call from 4:00pm until the time of service.
