Beatrice (Bea) Ann Mcdonald Minzak

Mrs. Beatrice (Bea) Ann (Minzak) McDonald, born on December 24, 1947 in Moosic, Pennsylvania, to Mabel (Decker) Minzak and William Minzak, passed away at age 70 on October 20, 2018 in Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania.

Beatrice was the beloved wife of Richard McDonald of Pittston, Pa. She is survived by her sons, Richard McDonald Jr. & wife Amy, William McDonald; daughters, Kimberly Kroptavich & husband Ronald, and Darlene Slack & husband Eddie. Grandchildren Corey Kroptavich, Ronald Kroptavich, Kyle Kroptavich, Grace McDonald, Bridget McDonald, Liam McDonald, Eric Slack, Logan Slack, Michaela McDonald, and Conor Roberts.

Beatrice earned her CNA. She was employed at Saint Joseph’s Center and CMC Skilled Nursing before retiring to take care of her grandchildren, which was her passion. She was a member of the Green Ridge Assembly of God Church.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
