Claire Brady Reilly, 73, The Hideout, Lake Ariel, formerly of Brooklyn New York and Ireland, passed away early Sunday morning in the Wayne Memorial Hospital, Honesdale, PA. Her husband is Michael Reilly.  

Claire was born on April 14, 1952 in Castlebleyney, County Monaghan, Ireland and she was the daughter of the late Peter and Bridget McMahon Brady and was educated in Ireland. Claire was of the Catholic faith.

Also surviving her are her sons Gerry McKenna and Peter McKenna both of Ireland; grandchildren Chloe, Matthew, Elizabeth, Dylen, Noel, Abigale and Peter.

She was also preceded in death by her daughter Denise McMahon and infant daughter Bridget McKenna; her granddaughter Jessica McKenna.

A blessing service will be held Friday evening at 6:30pm in the James Wilson Funeral Home 143 Gravity Rd. Lake Ariel, PA 18436 by Rev. Stephen Bosomafi.

Friends may call from 4:30pm until the time of the services.

Claire will be laid to rest in her native Ireland. her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Mary's Church Upper York St, Onomy, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan, Ireland. Her final resting place will be in the family plot in the parish cemetery.
