Corrine Ann Burger , 53,  passed away after a five year battle with cancer at home while being cared for and comforted by her family.

Born in May 22, 1962 in Brooklyn, New York.   She was one of four children of the late Karen Anderson.  Corrine devoted her life to her children and family.   She was a loving and caring person who had a positive outlook on life, loved to laugh and was known for her cooking, love of music and dancing, especially the Electric Slide.

Corrine is survived by her three children Stephanie Burger, Brittany Young and husband Ryan and Kenneth Burger, Jr and his wife Tara; grandchildren Lexi, Emma, Harrison, Henley and Olivia;  former husband Kenneth Burger, Sr;  and her sister Wendy Schoener.

Corrine was also preceded in death by her brothers Robert and Bruce Schoener.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the James Wilson Funeral Home, Compassionate Care Hospice and Dr. Baxi and her team at MSKCC.

A memorial service will be held Saturday at 11am in the James Wilson Funeral Home 143 Gravity Rd. Lake Ariel with Rev. William Schneider officiating.

Friends may call Saturday morning from 10am until time of service.
