Donald W. Hill

It is with great sadness that the family of Donald W. Hill, 58, of Lakeville, announces his passing on November 1 from a long tough battle with Dementia and Diabetes.

Born in Honesdale, Pa son of Dorothy Gumpper Hill of Lakeville and the late Gerald L. Hill. He was a 1977 graduate of Wallenpaupack High School and attended St. Thomas More and St. Mary’s Parish Community, Lake Ariel. He was employed by Gentex Corporation for 29 years.

Don enjoyed Fishing, hunting , and was well know for being an outstanding trap shooter. He had won many trap shooting trophies

Surviving are sisters Debra Shook of Hawley and Darlene Hill of Lakeville: Aunts, Uncles, and many Cousins.

Predeceased by a brother-in-law Garry Shook.

Cremation took place in the Lake Region Crematory, Lake Ariel

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, November 10 at 10:00am in St. Mary’s Church, 305 St. Mary’s Church Rd. Ledgedale, Pa.

Arrangements have been entrusted to and under the direction of James Wilson Funeral Home, 143 Gravity Rd. Lake Ariel, Pa
