Dorothy Mills

Dorothy Mills, Hamlin, died Monday at the home of her sister and caregiver Faith Wharton after an illness.

Born in Greentown, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Ella Swingle Mills. Dorothy was a loving sister and aunt who will be dearly missed by all who were blessed to have known her.

Surviving are a brother John Mills and his wife Kathy of Hawley; sisters Faith Wharton of Jermyn and Yvonne Juice and her husband William of Honesdale; several nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by a sister Sheila Dexheimer.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 11am in the James Wilson Funeral Home 143 Gravity Rd. Lake Ariel.

Friends may call Friday morning from 10am until time of service at the funeral home.

Interment, Madisonville-Union Cemetery.
