Eugene J. Enslin

Eugene J. Enslin, Lake Ariel, passed away in the home in which he was born and raised.

Born, 1938 in Varden, PA he was the son of the late Kenneth A and Leora Frisbie Enslin and was educated in Lake Ariel schools.   Gene worked with his father doing masonry work and then began working at Keystone paving before retiring from the Wayco Construction where he did paving and concrete work.

Gene loved to hunt and fish and took great pride in living in the home in which he was born.

Surviving are his brother George Enslin, Sr; nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; his faithful beagle Penny.

He was also preceded in death by brothers Graydon “Moose” and Russell Enslin;  sisters Kathryn Turouski and Margaret Edwards.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 11am in the James Wilson Funeral Home 143 Gravity Road, Lake Ariel.

Friends may call Monday morning from 10am until the time of the service.

Interment, Fairview Memorial Park, Elmhurst.
