Eva Fay Hall of Lake Ariel died Sunday evening at home following an illness. Her husband of 46 years is Edwin Hall.
Born in Lake Ariel, daughter of the late Clarence and Mary Beavers Cole, she was a member of the Centenary United Methodist Church, Hamlin.
Eva loved to spend her time sewing, stitching plastic canvas, reading and spending time with her family.
Also surviving are daughters Michele Payne and her husband JR of Lake Ariel; April Bagnick and her husband Will of Sterling, and Celeste Hall of Hunlock Creek; sons James Dennis and his wife Cindi of Lake Ariel, Roy Dennis and his wife Patty of California, and Chad Hall and his wife Dolly of Lake Ariel; sisters Edna Heller of Levittown and Alane Lynn of Hamlin; brothers Clay Cole of Lake Ariel and Clarence Cole, Jr. of Moscow; several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
The family would like to send a special thank you to the Visiting Nurses Association of Lackawanna County for all of their kindness, help and care.
Cremation took place in the Lake Region Crematory, Lake Ariel.
A private memorial service will be held at the family’s discretion.
