Helen M. Beavers

Helen M. Beavers (85) of Clifton Twp., devoted mother, aunt, friend, and a cherished member of our community, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on October 10, 2025. Born September 21, 1940, in Honesdale, Pennsylvania to the late John and Mildred Eibes, Helen lived a life marked by kindness, dedication, and a profound love for her family.  She was married for 58 years to the love of her life, Rexford Beavers who passed away in 2020.

Helen was a resident of Clifton Township, Pennsylvania, where she became an integral part of the local community through her work both as an auditor for Clifton Twp., and as a school bus driver for the North Pocono School District.

She is survived by her devoted son and caretaker, Rex Beavers and his wife Sandy, who was a source of joy in her life. Helen's legacy of love, warmth, and generosity will continue to resonate in the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Also surviving are grandchildren Ryan and his wife Emily and Adam and His wife Samantha, as well as great grandchildren Abigail and Charles, Sisters Shirley Cavill and Kate Ives, nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and devoted husband , Helen is preceded in death by sisters Jean Reese and Hazel Klim and a brother Robert Eibes.

A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to and are under the care and direction of the James H. Wilson Funeral Home, Lake Ariel, PA.
