John R. Geisheimer

John R. Geisheimer, 71, of Saylorsburg, passed away Friday afternoon.
Born in Irvington, NJ, he was the son of the late August and Suzanne Wechtler Geisheimer. Prior to retirement in 2010 , John was a Master Sergeant in the New Jersey Army National Guard. He also served in the United States Navy and was a member of the Presidential Honor Guard at Joint Base Andrews during the Nixon Administration.
John served as President of the Robinwood Village Homeowners Association where he resided until his death.
Surviving are his daughter Kristyn Figueroa and her husband Fernando of Broomall, Pa; a son Erik Geisheimer and his wife Melissa of Hollisterville; grandchildren Lauren and Ryan Geisheimer and Jake Figueroa.
He was preceded in death by his brother Glenn Geisheimer.
Cremation took place at Lake Region Crematory, Lake Ariel.
Private Inurnment with Military Honors, Hollisterville Cemetery, Hollisterville.
