Karen Lee Kossack, 58, of Lake Ariel, PA, passed away on May 3, 2026. 

Born on December 1, 1967, in Mineola, NY, she lived a life filled with love and creativity. Karen dedicated many years to the restaurant industry, a testament to her passion for food and service.

Karen is survived by her devoted spouse, Rich Kossack; her son, Paul Kossack and her daughter, Liana Kossack. 

She cherished her family above all, often bringing them together through her exceptional cooking and baking skills. She found joy in entertaining family and friends, turning ordinary gatherings into extraordinary celebrations filled with laughter and delicious meals.

Her memory will live on through the hearts of all who knew her and were touched by her warmth and generosity. 

Karen's love for cooking was matched only by her desire to create lasting memories with her loved ones, making every moment spent together a treasured occasion.

Karen was preceded in death by her parents Paul and Judy Wagner and her aunt, Carolee Olsen.

A celebration of Karen's life will be held Saturday, May 9, 2026 from 11-1pm in the James Wilson Funeral Home, 143 Gravity Rd. Lake Ariel. 

Interment, private at the convenience of the family.
