Keith Robert Havenstrite, Jr., 36, of Madison Township, passed away Saturday morning from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. 

Born in Scranton, he is the son of Keith Robert Havenstrite, Sr., of Madison Township, and the late Linda Ann Surplus. He attended North Pocono School District. He was currently employed by All Out Logging in Lake Ariel and Joe's Kwik Mart in Dunmore. 

Also surviving are his children Hayden Havenstrite of Madison Township and Liam Havenstrite of Lake Ariel; his fiancé Fran Palmieri of Lake Ariel; brother Kevin Surplus of Scranton; sister Desiree Nalaschi and her husband Leo of Pittston; his grandmother Janet Havenstrite of Madison Township; Uncle Miles Havenstrite of Madison Township; great-aunt Esther Foley of Madison Township; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

He was preceded in death by his mother Linda Ann Surples; Uncle Mark "Mo" Havenstrite; Cousin Miles Havenstrite.; Grandfather Miles Havenstrite. 

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 21st from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. in the James Wilson Funeral Home, 143 Gravity Road, Lake Ariel, Pa. 

Cremation to follow in the Lake Region Crematory at the James Wilson Funeral Home.
