Lillian E White

Lillian E. White, Waymart, passed away Thursday in the Creekside  Health and Rehabilitation Center, Carbondale after an illness. She was the widow of the late Milford White.

Born 1925 in Queens, New York, she was the daughter of the late George and Lillian Miller Rodrigues. She was of the Lutheran faith. Prior to her retirement she had been employed by Verizon Telephone Company.

Surviving are daughters Judy Capoccia of Gouldsboro and Deborah Vassallo of Henderson, NV; a sister Georgianna Mazhawa of New York; three grandchildren Laura, Robert and Christine; great grandchildren Sara, Frankie and Angelo; several nieces and nephews.

Lillian was preceded in death by sister Alice Vogt.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11am in the James Wilson Funeral Home 143 Gravity Rd. Lake Ariel.

Friends may call Monday from 1-4 and 6-8.

Cremation will follow services in the Lake Region Crematory at the James Wilson Funeral Home.

Interment of ashes will take place in the All Faiths Lutheran Cemetery, Middle Village, New York.
