Louise Czaja Lauer

Louise Czaja, The Hideout, Lake Ariel, died peacefully Friday with her family by her side in the Julia Ribaudo Extended Care Center.  She was the widow of Henry Czaja.  The couple had been married for 70 years.

Born 1929 in Brooklyn, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Martha Lauer.  Prior to her retirement she had been employed as a bookkeeper.

Surviving are sons Thomas Czaja and his wife MaryAnn and John Czaja and his wife Marge; grandchildren Jeffrey Czaja, Julie Czaja Muldoon, Morgan Czaja and Erik Czaja;  great grandchildren Maybellene and Macallister Muldoon.

Funeral services and interment will be held privately.
