Patricia "Patsy" Christopher

Patricia “Patsy” Racht Christopher of Honesdale, died Friday December 30th in the Geisinger Community Medical Center after an illness.  She was the widow of Stanley T. Christopher who died in 2016.   The couple had been married 52 years.

Born in Honesdale, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Eva Lamberton Racht. She was a proud  member of the congregation of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Honesdale.

Patsy was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who was a wonderful cook and homemaker.  She was also a woman of great faith and a student of the Bible.

Surviving are daughters Laura Thomas and her husband Jason of Honesdale, and Amy Christopher and Stephen Fritz of Honesdale; son, Paul Christopher and his wife Donna of Honesdale; daughter-in-laws Diane Christopher Riefler and her husband Bill and Joann Christopher all of Honesdale; grandchildren Kayla, Justyna, Jessica, Adam, Tommy, Natalie, Anthony, Michael, Nicholas, and Stephanie; a great-grandson Logan; many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by sons Robert, Thomas and David Christopher; brother Harold Racht.

A Memorial Talk will be held Saturday January 14th, 1:30pm at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 2756 Lake Ariel Hwy, Honesdale, Pa 18431 .

Private Interment, Fairview Memorial Park, Elmhurst.
