Obituary

Patricia Ann Kasper, a member of The Hideout in Lake Ariel, passed away on Easter Sunday at the Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center after an illness. Her loving husband of 56 years is John Kasper.

Patricia was born February 22, 1947 in Scranton, and was the daughter of the late John and Mary Rodney Pedley. She was a proud graduate of the former Scranton Technical High School. Prior to her retirement, she was employed by the Big Bass Lake Community Association in the security department.

Also surviving are her daughters; Lori Kasper and Kelly Barillo; sons Christopher and Kevin Kasper; her sister Cathy Grudeski; nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brother Jack Pedley.

Patricia found her greatest joy in the simple pleasures of life - playing cards, enjoying a good game of bingo, watching game shows and gathering with the people she loved the most. Whether it was a holiday celebration, birthday party or just a family get-together, she brought warmth, laughter and a sense of togetherness to every moment. Her happiest times were those spent surrounded by her family, creating memories that will be cherished forever.

At the request of Patricia & family, services are private.

"A mother's love is forever, living on in the hearts she touched."
