Patricia A. Micari Cope

Patricia “Pat” Micari , The Hideout, Lake Ariel, died Saturday in Regional Hospital of Scranton following an illness. Her husband was the late Rocco Micari who died in 2007.

Born in Brooklyn, New York daughter of the late James and Sarah Cope. She was a member of St. Thomas More/St. Mary’s Church Community. She was a member of the Hideout Art Committee and participated in numerous Hideout POA acitivites.

Surviving are a son Philip and his wife Lisa of Long Pond; daughters Mary MiCari and her husband Jay Michaels of Brooklyn, New York, Patricia Infante of Lake Ariel, and Gina Ocello and her husband Anthony of Commack, New York; five grandchildren Andrew, Laura, Joseph, Gina, and Elizabeth.

Preceded in death by brothers and sisters.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:00am in St. Thomas More Church. 105 Gravity Rd. Lake Ariel, Pa.

Anyone attending the mass is asked to go directly to the church.

Friends may call Tuesday from 2-5 and 7-9pm in the James Wilson Funeral Home, 143 Gravity Rd. Lake Ariel, Pa.

Interment, St. Marys Cemetery, Ledgedale.

Memorial contributions may be to St. Josephs Center Baby Pantry, 2010 Adams Ave Scranton, Pa. 18509.
