Regina M. Speranza Chodakowsky

Regina M. Speranza of the Hideout, Lake Ariel died Thursday morning at Hospice of the
Sacred Heart Inpatient Unit following an illness. Her husband was the late Frank J. Speranza who died in 2014.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, daughter of the late Walter and Anna Clements Chodakowsky, she was a member of St. Thomas More-St. Mary’s Parish Community. Prior to retirement she had been employed in the Bronx Public School System.

Surviving are a daughter Patricia Speranza; a son Robert F. Speranza; grandsons Robert F. Jr. and Blaise J. Speranza; a brother Victor; sisters Gladys, Patricia, and Victoria.

She was preceded in death by an infant son Ralph J. Speranza; brothers Walter, Christopher, and Donald.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 11:00am in St. Thomas More Church 105 Gravity Rd. Lake Ariel.

Friends may call Saturday morning from 10:00-11:00am.

Cremation will follow the Mass in the Lake Region Crematory, Lake Ariel.
