Stephen E. Lesher

Stephen E. Lesher, 80, of Lake Ariel, passed away on Monday, October 21st.

Born in Lake Ariel, he was the son of the late Claude and Alice Legg Lesher. He was a graduate of Lake Consolidated School. He was a member of the Free Methodist Church of South Canaan. He was the owner of Stephen E. Lesher Registered Surveying in Lake Ariel.

Surviving are his sister Ruth Washine and her husband Bill; brothers Doug Lesher and his companion Judy Kizer and Allan Batzel and his wife Lorraine; nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brothers Curtis Lesher and Norman Batzel.

The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Foresty City Personal Care home for the care and compassion shown to Steve and our family.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 23rd at 10:30am in Tisdel Cemetery with services by Pastor James Sheridan.

Interment, Tisdel Cemetery, Lake Ariel.
