William Noel Duff

William “Billy” Noel Duff, 61, of Hawley, Pennsylvania passed away on January 15, 2023            at home.

Billy was born December 23, 1961, to John “Jack” Duff and Florence Brown Duff of Staten Island, NY. He graduated from Susan E. Wagner High School, Staten Island, in June of 1980 prior to relocating with family to Lord’s Valley, PA.

Billy was an avid Nascar and Formula One fan and was employed by various local companies over the years. Billy was looking forward to meeting his surviving half-sister and extended family from Denmark this coming spring.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents: John and Florence, half-sister: Marie de Renouard, and two brothers: John “Jackie” Duff and Daniel Wilde.

Surviving is a son: Jack Duff, Hawley and ex-wife: Nancy Banach Duff, Matamoras, siblings: Clair Savadel and husband Ted, Murray Hill, NJ, Merry Rowland and husband Sean, Farmingdale, NJ, Terence Duff and wife Emma, North Catasauqua, PA, and half-sister: Eva Illum and husband Finn, Odense, Denmark.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the James-Wilson Funeral Home, Lake Ariel, PA.
