William L. Elswick
William L. Elswick, affectionately known as Lee, 43, of Hawley, PA passed away Sunday evening at Wayne Memorial Hospital after a long illness.
Born in Martin KY, he was the son of William Bennett Elswick and Denise Magnotta. He attended and graduated from Western Wayne High School before being educated in the culinary program at Lackawanna Junior College of Scranton and pursuing a career as a chef.
In addition to his parents, surviving are Lee’s sons William Ty Elswick, Lee Evan Elswick and Zane Bennett Elswick; stepfather Paul Magnotta; and sisters Shannon and Andrea, Michelle and Danielle.
A Private cremation took place at Lake Region Crematory at the James Wilson Funeral Home, Lake Ariel. Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Lee’s memory may be made to the Eastern PA chapter of the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 7023 Merrifield, VA 22116.
