William H. Siefert
William H. Siefert of Greentown died
Thursday
morning at home following an illness. His wife of 33 years is the former Kate Riley.
Born in the Bronx, NY, son of the late William J. and Jean Gossman Siefert, he had been employed as an auto-mechanic and was a member of the Hamlin Assembly of God Church, Hamlin. Bill devoted his life to serving Jesus Christ, loving his family, and sharing the gospel with others.
Also surviving are
sons Christan and his wife, Samantha, of Huntington Station, NY and Jeremiah and his wife, Sarah, of Wichita, Kansas;
a daughter Rachel of Bridgeport, PA; sisters Lynne Seymour of Long Island, NY and Jean Cardello of Seldon, NY; grandchildren Bradyn, Abigail, and Ethan; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by brother Lawrence Siefert.
Funeral services will be held
Thursday
at
11:00am
in the Hamlin Assembly of God Church 613 Hamlin Highway Hamlin, PA with services by Rev. Ken Claflin.
Cremation took place in the Lake Region Crematory, Lake Ariel.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the James Wilson Funeral Home, Lake Ariel.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that a random act of kindness be done in Bill’s memory.
